Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped through the US Postal Service.  Once payment is made, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.  No orders will be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays.  If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can keep track of your order. â€‹

 

Exchange & Returns

If you feel that you received a broken or flawed item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receiving your order).  Send a photo of the broken or flawed item within your message.  Anything received after the 3 days will be assumed the damage is from wear and will not be eligible for a return. 

We do not offer exchanges.  Due to the limited quantity of our merchandise we cannot guarantee that the item you want to exchange will be available when we receive your return.  We will not exchange an item for a different item.  We strongly recommend that you place a new order for the item you are interested in.
